Rejuvagen customizes health programs based on extensive health history, patient’s goals and comprehensive lab tests that look at the body’s complex metabolic systems and their function. During your initial consultation Dr. Balcavage, will review your personal and family health history, review any testing you may have, go over your health goals and expectations, answer any questions you may have and determine if you are a candidate for care.
We take on a limited number of patients yearly for Functional Metabolic programs and only accept patients we know we can help and those that are committed to getting well. We devote our time to giving personalized, one-on-one care and health coaching. Rejuvagen’s programs are tailored to the patient’s needs and may range from a few weeks to several months. After your suggested lab work has been completed, Dr. Balcavage will explain the results of your testing in a follow-up consultation. He will also create an individualized health program for you which will include one or more of the following: dietary recommendations for your specific condition, natural supplements and nutraceuticals, lifestyle and stress management recommendations and exercise programs as needed. Dr. Balcavage will monitor your case through weekly communication via an online portal, coach and keep you accountable for following his recommendations.
Rejuvagen is out-of-network with all insurance providers. In general, Functional Medicine and natural health services are considered above the standard of care by insurance companies, therefore, all services at Rejuvagen are considered elective and are an out-of-pocket expense. We strive to keep our consultations, plans, and therapies affordable for most patients. Care Credit is available for some services.
